We had a silly little sink backup and after installing a new garbage disposal, decided to call Mile High Drain since our installation did *not* solve the backup problem. They arrived same day at 4:30PM (window was 4-6 so we were thrilled). Our plumbers were so nice and got the job done quickly! It was such a relief to have experts address the issue at a reasonable price. They saved our holiday weekend for sure. Thank y'all so much!!

My issue was with a basement floor drain backing up. Without boring people with all the details, I will just say I called them after business hours on a Thursday night, a live person answered the phone, and two guys were at our house the next morning! They were hard workers, good at communicating and excellent at customer service. It took a few hours but they fixed the problem and left the area cleaner than they found it. The price I was charged was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them in the future for any plumbing or drain issues. Thank you guys!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Joel and his crew. I had some major issues with my water supply line and other plumbing issues. He and his team were very professional, courteous and assured I was happy with the results. And on top of it they were almost half the cost of any other companies bids.
